Find The Studio

Tucked inside The Gathering Place in West Linn

Calm Studio LLC is easy to find and easy to park near — arrive a few minutes early to settle in before your session begins.

Session Time

Choose your time. I'll bring the rest.

Every session draws from my full training — Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, craniosacral, cupping, hot stones, and Reiki — shaped around what your body needs that day.

Integrative bodywork, shaped around your body's patterns

  • Your session is built from your goals, your body's patterns, and what your nervous system can receive that day.
  • Hot stones, cupping, and Reiki are tools in my toolbox — never an upcharge when they support your healing.
  • You are an active participant. My role is to be a skilled, compassionate facilitator, not a healer.

Massage therapy supports, but does not replace, medical care. Please share relevant health history at intake so your session can be adapted safely.

Where to start, depending on what you're carrying

Chronic pain

Long-standing pain patterns rarely live in one place. Sessions work the whole body while focusing on the areas asking for the most attention.

Chronic pain
Nervous system

When your system has been in high alert for a long time, slow, predictable touch gives it permission to downshift and stay there.

Injury recovery

After an accident or injury, we rebuild mobility gradually with joint mobilization, myofascial release, and range of motion work.
